Travailleur social / Conseiller en travail social #

Dans le cadre du conseil social volontaire, les travailleurs sociaux offrent, sur la base du mandat légal (aide sociale personnelle), des conseils et un accompagnement pour les jeunes, les adultes, les couples et les familles. Les thèmes suivants sont notamment au centre de l'attention : évaluation des situations problématiques de vie et dépassement des situations d'urgence personnelles, aide à la clarification des questions relationnelles, conseil en éducation et en famille, clarification des questions d'assurance sociale ainsi que conseil budgétaire.

Vos tâches

  • Conseil et accompagnement des jeunes, adultes, couples et familles dans le cadre du conseil social volontaire
  • Clarification du droit à l'aide sociale et accompagnement vers la reconquête de l'autonomie économique et sociale
  • Clarifications en protection de l'enfant sur mandat de l'Autorité de protection de l'enfant et de l'adulte
  • Clarifications et supervision des places d'accueil
  • Conseil et accompagnement des personnes concernées et de leurs proches dans le cadre du conseil en addiction
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire avec les services spécialisés et institutions impliqués
  • Tâches administratives

Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme en travail social (FH)
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un ou plusieurs domaines du travail social
  • Connaissances de base en assurances sociales, aide sociale et Code civil suisse
  • Mode de travail autonome, résistant et flexible
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Envie de contribuer activement à une culture d'équipe dynamique
