Tâches

  • Tu planifies et accompagnes le développement des résidents, organises des journées favorisant l'autonomie
  • Tu entretiens des relations de confiance, y compris avec les personnes de référence, mènes des entretiens et soutiens en situation de crise
  • Tu mets en œuvre des mesures de soins et de santé
  • Tu organises des événements, coordonnes les rendez-vous et prends parfois en charge un transport
  • Tu documentes les processus de développement et accomplis des tâches administratives
  • Tu soutiens l'équipe en tant que spécialiste expérimenté(e) dans ton domaine
  • Tu aides à l'accompagnement des apprentis et des étudiants

Exigences

  • Tu es travailleur social diplômé, spécialiste en accompagnement ou spécialiste en soins avec certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC)
  • Idéalement, tu as de l'expérience dans l'accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap
  • Tu conduis les entretiens avec assurance, abordes activement les conflits, organises de manière structurée et assumes volontiers des responsabilités
