Tâches ##

  • Développer des concepts, croquis et plans pour des compétitions.
  • Organiser et structurer efficacement les tâches de projet.
  • Collaborer avec des planificateurs et résoudre des problèmes.

Compétences ##

  • Expérience en conception et compétitions, idéalement en Suisse.
  • Compétences en BIM et maîtrise d'ArchiCAD requises.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Pour renforcer l'équipe, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord un:e architecte concours (h/f/d)

Ton travail en bref : Avec beaucoup d'autonomie, tu travailles en équipe sur des concours pour des projets tournés vers l'avenir. Nous attachons une grande importance à la force de conception, à une pensée holistique et à l'esprit d'équipe.

Tes tâches comprennent notamment : - Élaboration de concepts, croquis et plans - Structuration, organisation et réalisation efficace des tâches dans le projet - Identification et résolution des problèmes dans le projet - Mise en œuvre du guide architectural - Collaboration avec / direction des spécialistes - Mise à jour de ses propres documentations - Clarification des questions avec les autorités et les services spécialisés

Ta qualification : - Plusieurs années d'expérience en conception et concours, idéalement dans la construction résidentielle en Suisse - Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit - Capacités conceptuelles et de conception prononcées - Grande motivation et engagement dans la réflexion architecturale - Forte affinité avec la méthode de travail BIM - Très bonnes connaissances en ArchiCAD - Méthode de travail structurée et autonome - Grande compétence sociale
