Descriptif du poste

Espace de vie SA est une institution qui gère les établissements médico-sociaux (EMS) de La Châtelaine à Vernier et Saint-Loup à Versoix. Ceux-ci accueillent respectivement 91 et 84 résidents. Environ 100 collaborateurs par institution y sont engagés.

Pour compléter l-équipe des soins de l-EMS La Châtelaine, nous cherchons :

Profil recherché

Mission et responsabilités :

Au service du projet institutionnel et du projet d-accompagnement et de soins des résidents dans un lieu de vie, la personne est responsable d-effectuer des soins adaptés à leur état physique et psychique, de soutenir et aider les résidents à accomplir les tâches de la vie quotidienne ainsi que de contribuer à leur accompagnement et celui de leur entourage.

L-auxiliaire de santé contribue, sous la supervision du personnel soignant diplômé, de par ses compétences métier et ses observations, au processus de soins et d-accompagnement pluridisciplinaire, défini avec le résident et, le cas échéant, ses proches, le représentant thérapeutique, ainsi que le médecin traitant et les équipes.

Qualifications et compétences :

  • Auxiliaire de santé Croix-Rouge suisse ou formation équivalente
  • Minimum 2 ans d-expérience
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la gériatrie, psycho-gériatrie et en soins palliatifs
  • Bonnes connaissances de la langue française (parlé, écrit) autres langues un atout.
  • Connaissance informatique et logiciels de soins
  • Esprit positif et constructif
  • Bonne capacité d-adaptation
  • Disponibilité, flexibilité et rigueur dans l-accomplissement des tâches
  • Grand sens des responsabilités, de l-organisation et du service
