Pour le compte de l-un de nos clients, acteur reconnu dans l-univers de la haute joaillerie, nous recherchons un(e) Gemmologue / Back-office Haute Joaillerie afin de renforcer son équipe.

Fonction :

Votre rôle :

Au sein d-une structure à taille humaine de moins de 10 collaborateurs, vous participerez au pilotage et au suivi de la production de pièces de haute joaillerie. Vous assurerez l-interface entre les équipes internes, les partenaires, les ateliers et les fournisseurs afin de garantir le bon déroulement de chaque étape de leur réalisation, en apportant votre expertise gemmologique tout au long du projet. Les principales responsabilités liées à ce poste incluent :

  • Participer au pilotage des projets de haute joaillerie dans leur intégralité, depuis leur lancement jusqu'à la livraison, en coordonnant les différents intervenants et en assurant le suivi des étapes de fabrication;
  • Sélectionner et contrôler les pierres précieuses, notamment en termes de qualité, de conformité et de traçabilité ;
  • Coordonner le suivi des certificats auprès des laboratoires gemmologiques (GIA, SSEF, Gübelin, GRS-)
  • Contrôler la conformité des pièces à leur retour d'atelier (pierres, poinçons, etc.) avant livraison;
  • Suivre les délais de fabrication avec les ateliers partenaires ;
  • Veiller à la saisie rigoureuse des entrées et sorties de pierres dans le système afin d-en garantir la traçabilité ;
  • Établir la quotation de chaque projet en chiffrant les pierres et les coûts de fabrication, en lien avec les ateliers partenaires ;
  • Veiller à la fiabilité et au suivi des données relatives aux projets, stocks, flux et coûts dans l'ERP ;
  • Participer à d-autres missions en fonction des besoins et de l-évolution du poste.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-une formation diplômante en gemmologie, idéalement d-une certification GIA (Graduate Gemologist) ou équivalent ;
  • Vous justifiez d-une expérience professionnelle confirmée, idéalement dans l-univers de la haute joaillerie, de la joaillerie, de l-horlogerie ou d-un environnement de production exigeant ;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d-un excellent niveau d-anglais (minimum C1) ;
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils informatiques et les ERP.
