Située à VALLORBE, notre entreprise est spécialisée dans la conception, le développement et la fabrication de mouvements compliqués haut de gamme. Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons :

UN RESPONSABLE BUREAU TECHNIQUE (F/H) DÉVELOPPEMENT & INDUSTRIALISATION HORLOGÈRE

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS : - Piloter le Bureau Technique et coordonner les activités liées au développement, à la conception et à l-industrialisation des mouvements horlogers. - Superviser la conception et le développement de composants et d-ensembles horlogers, en étroite collaboration avec les horlogers, les équipes de production et les partenaires techniques. - Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des dossiers techniques, incluant les plans 2D/3D, les nomenclatures, les spécifications et les documents nécessaires à la fabrication. - Piloter la mise au point des nouveaux produits, de la phase de conception jusqu-à leur industrialisation et leur passage en production série. - Valider la faisabilité technique des projets, en intégrant les contraintes de qualité, de coûts, de délais et de capacités industrielles. - Superviser les phases de prototypage, de présérie et d-essais, analyser les résultats obtenus et définir les actions correctives nécessaires. - Assurer la coordination technique avec les fournisseurs et partenaires externes, notamment pour la réalisation des composants, les traitements et les prestations spécialisées. - Encadrer et développer l-équipe du Bureau Technique, organiser les activités, définir les priorités et garantir le bon avancement des projets.

VOTRE PROFIL : Diplômé d-ingénieur en microtechnique ou en génie mécanique. Un MAS en construction horlogère constitue un atout.

EXPÉRIENCE : - 5 à 10 ans d-expérience dans un bureau technique, idéalement dans le développement et l-industrialisation de mouvements horlogers. - Une première expérience réussie en management d-équipe est attendue.

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES : - Excellente connaissance des matériaux utilisés dans la conception des mouvements horlogers. - Capacité à analyser les problématiques techniques complexes et à proposer des solutions fiables, précises et adaptées aux exigences de la production.
