Descriptif du poste

  • Assurer le soutien administratif et organisationnel du directeur
  • Gérer l-agenda et coordonner les rendez-vous et réunions
  • Rédiger et traduire des courriers, rapports et documents
  • Organiser, classer et suivre les dossiers internes et documents officiels
  • Participer au suivi de projets et soutenir la direction dans les tâches quotidiennes
  • Assurer la communication avec les clients, fournisseurs et partenaires
  • Assurer la mobilité du directeur dans le cadre de ses activités professionnelles

Profil recherché

  • Titulaire d-un CFC d-employé-e de commerce ou équivalent
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques
  • Organisé-e, rigoureux-se et orienté-e service clients
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire
  • Discrétion, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités
  • Anglais ou allemand, minimum C1
  • Personne résident en Suisse uniquement
