TâchesDans cette fonction, vous êtes un élément important de nos équipes engagées dans plusieurs Würth Shops. Nous recherchons une personne responsable avec un sens aigu du service :

  • Conseiller et convaincre nos clients par des entretiens compétents afin de répondre à leurs besoins et générer des ventes
  • Assurer un déroulement sans accroc en saisissant les commandes dans le système et en étant responsable de la gestion des marchandises et des stocks
  • Soutenir l-équipe en effectuant des tâches administratives de bureau pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du Würth Shop
  • Mettre en œuvre des mesures promotionnelles tout en respectant les directives afin d-augmenter le chiffre d-affaires et le succès du magasin
  • Participer à notre engagement pour la fidélisation et la satisfaction des clients en contribuant aux événements clients et en soutenant les inventaires ; en outre, participer aux réunions pour contribuer au développement du magasin concerné

Conditions préalables

  • Une formation achevée de spécialiste en commerce de détail CFC dans le domaine de la quincaillerie ou similaire
  • Une apparence soignée et une personnalité amicale font partie de votre professionnalisme dans le contact client
  • Votre forte mentalité de vente et votre volonté d-aller toujours au-delà font de vous un professionnel de la vente motivé et performant
  • Des connaissances SAP sont un avantage et vous permettent de gérer efficacement les processus commerciaux
