Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes und regional verwurzeltes Busunternehmen mit eigener Werkstatt und moderner Fahrzeugflotte. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Applikationsmanagement mit Fokus auf BMD.

Aufgaben:

* Technische Betreuung und Administration der BMD NTCS On-Premise-Umgebung

* Verwaltung von Benutzern, Rollen und Berechtigungen über die verschiedenen Module hinweg

* Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und laufende Optimierung der Anwendung

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen, Import-/Exportprozessen und automatisierten Abläufen

* Unterstützung und Beratung der Key User bei technischen und anwendungsbezogenen Fragestellungen

* Erstellung und laufende Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

* Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Key User

* Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Applikationslandschaft

* Enge Koordination zwischen Fachbereichen, interner IT und dem BMD-Hersteller

Anforderungen :

* Praktische und nachweisbare Erfahrung mit BMD NTCS

* Gutes technisches Verständnis für Applikationen, Schnittstellen und automatisierte Prozesse

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufen

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude daran, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln

* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit

* Offenheit für neue Technologien und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft

Gehalt:
