Wil jij werken bij een gevestigde speler binnen HVAC waar techniek, autonomie en langetermijnrelaties centraal staan?Voor een sterk groeiende onderneming in de regio Gent zoeken we een Projectcoördinator HVAC die klanten begeleidt van concept tot oplevering. Dit familiale bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in HVAC-service, onderhoud en technische installaties voor complexe gebouwen en professionele omgevingen. Dankzij hun persoonlijke aanpak en technische expertise bouwen ze al jarenlang duurzame relaties uit binnen uiteenlopende sectoren.Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar directe communicatie, samenwerking en vertrouwen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Geen logge structuur, maar een omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en je de kans krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen tot een echte HVAC expert.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als projectleider volg je technische dossiers van A tot Z op en ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en installaties
  • Je werkt optimalisaties uit voor bestaande HVAC-installaties en begeleidt klanten bij energie-efficiënte oplossingen
  • Nieuwe installaties werk je technisch uit, van concept en dossieropmaak tot afstemming met leveranciers en techniekers
  • Op de werf coördineer je de uitvoering, stuur je monteurs aan en bewaak je planning, budget en kwaliteit
  • Ook na oplevering blijf je betrokken en volg je installaties verder op via gebouwenbeheersystemen
  • Je hebt een (hoger) diploma in een technische richting zoals elektromechanica
  • Daarnaast heb je enkele jaren ervaring binnen projectcoördinatie, HVAC of onderhoudstechnieken
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en hebt affiniteit met technische dossiers, gebouwenbeheer en energie-optimalisatie
