Voor een internationale speler in retailinrichting zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Engineer. In deze rol ben jij de eerste schakel tussen klant en bedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële kansen omgezet worden in projecten en biedt oplossingen op maat van de klant, van ontwerp tot uitvoering.Het bedrijf in regio Gent is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van winkelrekken voor diverse retailsectoren en heeft vestigingen in België en daarbuiten. Je komt terecht in een familiale sfeer, met focus op samenwerking en innovatie.Als Sales Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van de klant en zal je met diverse afdelingen samenwerken. Jij zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en draagt bij aan de succesvolle oplevering van elk project.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je genereert nieuwe business binnen de retailsector door klanten te adviseren over modulaire winkelinrichtingen en oplossingen op maat
  • Offertes stel je op in samenwerking met customer service en het engineeringteam, zodat klantwensen zowel technisch als commercieel correct worden uitgewerkt
  • Sterke klantrelaties bouw je op en onderhoud je door open, eerlijke en constructieve communicatie
  • Projecten coördineer je met engineering en productie om te zorgen voor een tijdige en succesvolle oplevering bij de klant
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging, vanaf het eerste contact tot de lange termijn
  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor-/masterdiploma
  • Voor deze functie is er minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als sales ingenieur gewenst, bij voorkeur in de retail- of winkelinrichtingssector
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
