  • Role Overview: Join JOE Machens Capital City Ford as a Sales Associate in Jefferson City, MO. This position involves engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs, providing detailed product information, and contributing to the dealership's sales success.
  • Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their preferences. Conduct product demonstrations, explain vehicle features, financing, and warranties. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Keep updated on inventory and market trends. Complete sales documentation accurately and comply with policies. Offer test drives following dealership procedures. Analyze sales performance to improve effectiveness.
  • Requirements: Proven automotive sales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with enthusiasm for teamwork. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background check and drug test.
