Wir sind eine regional bekannte Unternehmung im Bereich Baustoffe und verfügen über eine starke Marktstellung in der Deutschschweiz im Bereich Tief\- und Spezialtiefbau. *Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Sie als Sachbearbeiter/\-in Rechnungswesen zur Verstärkung unseres Buchhaltungsteams.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung, Debitoren und Kreditoren inkl. Quartals\-/ Jahresabschlüsse, MWST\-Abrechnungen und Steuererklärungen der zugeteilten Gesellschaften
  • Selbständige Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung unserer firmeneigenen Pensionskasse
  • Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Erstellung von monatlichen Auswertungen inkl. Managementinformation
  • Unterlagenbereitstellung für Verwaltungsrat und Revisionsstelle
  • Unterstützung sowie Stellvertretung innerhalb der Firmengruppe für weitere Gesellschaften

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung oder Interesse an einer Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenflair, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Interesse an der Materie
  • Teamfähige, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
