Mit dem modernen Medizinischen Campus (MED Campus) in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kepler Universitätsklinikum bietet die Fakultät Wissenschaftlerinnen ein attraktives und leistungsfähiges Umfeld für Ausbildung, Forschung und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.Die Abteilung Gebäude und Technik übernimmt die technische Beratung und Instandhaltung verschiedenster Gerätschaften, u.a. von GLT- und MSR-Systeme. Für die Betreuung dieser technischen Systeme am MED Campus der Medizinischen Fakultät wird eine Stelle einers Technikerin im Bereich GLT und MSR ausgeschrieben.Ihre Aufgaben: * Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der GLT- und MSR-Systeme sowie deren Schnittstellen in der Rolle als Key-User; eigenverantwortliche Analyse, Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung * Erstellung von Gebäudeleittechnikprogrammen * Entwicklung Monitoringsystem inkl. Trend- und Fehleranalyse * Hilfestellung und Unterweisung der Mitarbeiter*innen bei leittechnischen Problemen und Bedienfehlern * Technische Abstimmung mit den ausführenden Fachfirmen * Entwicklung fachspezifischer Sicherheitskonzepte inklusive ferngewarteter Alarmierungsketten * Erarbeiten von Energieoptimierungen und Einsparungspotentialen * Begleitung der Fachfirmen bei der Mängelbehebung (und Abnahme) und Beurteilung der Ausführungsqualität * Rufbereitschaft (diese wird abwechselnd von einereinem Mitarbeiterin der Abteilung Gebäude und Technik außerhalb der Regeldienstzeit wahrgenommen.
