Mit dem modernen Medizinischen Campus inunmittelbarer Nähe zum Kepler Universitätsklinikum bietet die Fakultät Wissenschaftlerinnen ein attraktives undleistungsfähiges Umfeld für Ausbildung, Forschung und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.Die Tenure-Track-Stelle "Pathomechanismen und innovative Therapieoptionen in der Herzchirurgie" an der Universitätsklinik für Herz-, Gefäß- und Thoraxchirurgie unterstützt den innovativen Aufbau der Medizinischen Fakultät und sucht einen Universitätsassistentin mit Diplom/Master für ein sehr abwechslungsreiches und spannendes Aufgabengebiet.Das geplante Projekt zielt darauf ab ein vaskularisiertes Lymphknoten-on-a-chip Model auf der Grundlage eines kommerziell verfügbaren Organ-on-a-chip Systems zu entwickeln. Hierzu wird derdie erfolgreiche Kandidatin eine Bioprinting Strategie zur Simulation eines Gefäßsystems entwickeln, das anschließend in ein Lymphknotenmodel integriert wird. Abschließend wird die Fähigkeit des Models getestet auf allogene Organoide zu reagieren.Ihre Aufgaben:º Planung und Durchführung selbständiger Forschungsarbeit im Rahmen des beschriebenen Projektesº Mitarbeit bei den laufenden Projekten im Bereich kardiovaskulärer Erkrankungenº Durchführung von molekulargenetischen, proteinbiochemischen, zellbiologischen und immunologischen Analysen(u.a. Western Blot, Dot Blot, qPCR, Immunhistologie, Multiparameter-Durchflusszytometrie, Mikroskopie,verschiedene Zellkulturmodelle, iPSCs, organ-on-a-chip, Überexpressionen/CRISPR-CAS9)º Aktive Beteiligung an der Generierung von Forschungsergebnissen einschließlich des Schreibens vonManuskripten und deren Einreichungº Mitarbeit in der Lehre und Mitbetreuung von Bachelor- und Masterstudierendenº Teilnahme an Konferenzenº Unterstützung bei der Labororganisation und InstandhaltungIhr Profil:º Abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium in Biologie, Humanmedizin, Biochemie oder verwandten Fächernº Erfahrung mit Zellkultur, Kenntnisse von Standardverfahren der Zell- und Molekularbiologie wie z.B.
