If so, we're looking for a driven, enthusiastic Powersports Sales Professional to join our team.

This is more than a sales position—it's an opportunity to become a trusted sales professional for customers who are investing in their next adventure. As a member of our sales team, you'll guide customers through every step of the buying journey, from understanding their needs to matching them with the perfect vehicle, accessories, and ownership solutions. You'll work alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your success is recognized and your enthusiasm for the powersports lifestyle can become a fulfilling career.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest with a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach, creating a positive first impression from the moment they enter the dealership.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all assigned manufacturers by completing required OEM training programs and certifications in a timely manner.
  • Develop expertise across multiple brands and product lines to confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and ownership options tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Proactively follow up on sales leads generated through the dealership's website, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels to build relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the sales process by providing knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and personalized service.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members and other departments to ensure a seamless dealership experience and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred; experience in powersports, automotive, or retail sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to safely move and position motorcycles and other powersports vehicles as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a Motorcycle License
