该职位负责推动和管理集团层面产品开发过程中的工程与质量体系要求，覆盖汽车及工商业产品领域。作为集团工程体系专家，负责从产品概念开发至量产导入阶段的体系规划、流程建设、标准化推进及持续优化，确保开发活动符合行业标准、客户特殊要求及集团内部规范。

岗位职责

1. 工程及质量体系管理

  • 建立、维护并持续优化产品开发相关的工程及质量管理体系。
  • 推动集团开发流程符合以下要求： ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, VDA, 客户特殊要求（CSR）
  • 将行业标准、法规及客户要求转化为可执行的开发流程和规范。

2. 产品开发质量策划

  • 在产品开发全过程中推动质量策划活动。
  • 确保以下工具和方法得到有效应用： APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, 产品设计评审，控制计划，风险管理，Lessons Learned管理
  • 支持项目团队识别、评估和降低产品开发过程中的技术及质量风险。

3. 开发流程标准化与持续改进

  • 建立集团统一的开发流程、标准、模板及最佳实践。
  • 推动开发体系持续改善，提高开发效率和产品质量水平。
  • 对标行业最佳实践，推动先进质量工具和方法导入。

4. 审核与符合性管理

  • 策划并执行开发过程审核及体系评估。
  • 支持客户审核、认证审核及内部审核活动。
  • 推动纠正及预防措施落实，并验证改善效果。

5. 技术领导与体系推广

  • 作为工程体系和开发质量领域专家，为项目团队提供指导和咨询。
  • 推动工程、质量、运营、采购及项目管理团队协同工作。
  • 开展体系及质量工具培训与辅导，提升组织能力。

6. 专项项目支持

  • 负责集团工程部指定的战略改善项目。
  • 支持工程体系数字化及智能化建设项目。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、质量工程、制造工程或相关专业。

2. 10年以上研发质量、产品开发相关的体系管理经验；具有汽车行业品质体系管理经验。

3. 熟悉以下领域：IATF16949, ISO9001, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA / PFMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA 6.3, 8D问题解决, A3方法, Six Sigma。

5. 深入理解产品开发流程，熟悉设计变更管理（ECN/ECR），熟悉汽车客户特殊要求（CSR）。

6. 具备VDA审核员、IATF内审员或六西格玛认证者优先。

7. 英语听说读写流利。
