  • Prepare financial analysis and management commentary for European Finance Leadership as part of the monthly reporting process
  • Prepare the annual and interim corporate income tax (CIT) computations, including tax provision, deferred tax and supporting reconciliations
  • Prepare the CIT package for review by the Finance Manager and technical review by the Group CIT team and coordinate with external tax advisors on filings and assessments

  • Support preparation of the Swiss statutory financial statements (Swiss Code of Obligations) and reconciliation to Group (IFRS) reporting
  • Coordinate the external audit for JE: prepare the PBC list, respond to auditor queries and track audit findings to closure
  • Close collaboration and communication with our Shared Service Centre in Hatvan (GL/FA, AP, AR, VAT)
  • Act as the entity-side reviewer of SSC deliverables, maintain internal control documentation for the JEIAG closing, tax and reporting processes
  • Contribute to automation and reporting improvements (Power BI, Excel automation, AI tools)

Our requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • Having Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification would be advantage
  • More than 7 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial analysis, ideally in an international manufacturing group
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including month-end close, financial statement analysis, Swiss statutory accounting and tax, and IFRS Group reporting
  • Controlling mindset, with the ability to challenge numbers, understand key business drivers, identify root causes, and proactively manage financial risks
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Practical experience using AI tools or automation to speed up analysis, reconciliations or reporting is an advantage

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
