This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal who demonstrates strong judgment, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable managing cases and projects with minimal oversight.

The Paralegal II will play an integral role in case progression through advanced legal drafting, state and federal court filings, litigation support, client communication, and case management. This individual will also contribute to team effectiveness through knowledge sharing, quality assurance, and support of junior team members.

  • Legal Drafting & Document Preparation – Draft, review, and prepare complaints, motions, discovery documents, Plaintiff Profile Forms, and other litigation-related materials.
  • State & Federal Filing – Prepare and e-file pleadings and other legal documents in state and federal courts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable filing requirements and deadlines.
  • Case Ownership – Take ownership of assigned cases and projects from execution through completion, proactively identifying next steps and ensuring deliverables remain on track.
  • Client Communication – Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, attorneys, and internal partners, providing updates, gathering necessary information, and accurately documenting case-related communications.
  • Quality & Compliance – Review work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal, procedural, and firm standards while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Project & Process Support – Lead or support special projects, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and contribute to the development of efficient and consistent team processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
  • 3-5 years of legal experience in Mass Tort
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents
  • Experience with state and federal court filing and e-filing processes
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation, litigation procedures, court requirements, and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who can step into the role with a strong foundation in litigation support and independently drive work forward. You’re proactive, dependable, and comfortable navigating complex assignments without requiring significant day-to-day direction. You take pride in the quality of your work, anticipate what needs to happen next, and communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members.

What We Offer

  • Professional Development – Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities designed to support continued growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Competitive compensation and benefits package. Compensation is based on experience, education, and relevant credentials.
  • Meaningful & Impactful Work – Help clients navigate complex legal challenges while contributing to litigation that makes an impact nationwide.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
