Jo:Hwa is a boutique Korean hair salon focused on creating balanced, personalised looks that bring out each client’s individuality. As a Hair Assistant, you’ll work closely with experienced Korean stylists and learn directly from their expertise and techniques.

We value people who are passionate about learning and growing, and provide hands-on training based on Jo:Hwa’s standards and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Salon Support

  • Assist hairstylists with daily salon operations and services.
  • Support stylists during hair services and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure all workstations and equipment are properly sanitised.

Customer Service

  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients.
  • Maintain professional etiquette with both clients and team members.

Learning & Development

  • Keep up to date with hairstyle trends and styling techniques.
  • Actively participate in training and develop technical hairdressing skills.
  • Work towards progressing into a professional hairstylist role.

Job Highlights
