Over de functie

Als collega draag je mede verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het kantoor en de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Je werkt actief mee in de praktijk en onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met klanten en medewerkers.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen van jaarrekeningen en het bewaken van de kwaliteit daarvan.
  • Verzorgen van fiscale aangiften (IB, VPB, BTW) en het signaleren van fiscale kansen en risico’s.
  • Begeleiden van financieringsaanvragen en contact onderhouden met banken en andere financiers.
  • Adviseren van klanten over ondernemingsvormen, overnames en herstructureringen.
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren bij tegenvallende bedrijfsresultaten en het opstellen van verbeterplannen.
  • Op de hoogte zijn van en kunnen adviseren over arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken.
  • Leidinggeven aan medewerkers: aanspreken op gedrag, kwaliteit en inzet, en zorgen voor een positieve en professionele werksfeer.
  • Toezien op een representatief kantoor en het welzijn van alle medewerkers.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of fiscaal recht/fiscale economie.
  • Ervaring met het verwerken van loonadministraties.
  • Ruime ervaring in een accountants- of administratiekantoor.
  • Sterke adviesvaardigheden en een integere, klantgerichte houding.
  • Besluitvaardig, communicatief sterk en in staat om medewerkers te motiveren én aan te spreken waar nodig.
  • Evenwichtig persoon met aandacht voor zowel cijfers als mensen.
  • Praktisch ingesteld, ordelijk en met oog voor een verzorgde werkomgeving.
