Jokkmokks kommun söker tillfällig förstärkning i turistinformation, reception och växeln.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som besöksinformatör är du en viktig del av den dagliga verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att ge ett professionellt och välkomnande bemötande i turistinformationen, växeln och receptionen.

Du kommer även att att jobba med kommunens hemsidor och personalcafé.Ytterligare arbetsuppgifter kan tillkomma.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har en hög känsla för service och ett professionellt bemötande. Du arbetar strukturerat, tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och har lätt för att snabbt skifta mellan olika arbetsuppgifter under arbetsdagen.

Du har:

  • erfarenhet av arbete i reception och växel
  • god kännedom om Jokkmokks kommun och Jokkmokk som besöksmål
  • god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.

Ytterligare språkkunskaper är meriterande. Kunskaper i samiska samt kunskap om samisk kultur är särskilt meriterande.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och söker dig som på snabbtkan sätta dig in i verksamhetens alla delar och vara ett pålitligt stöd för dina kollegor.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. .
