Property Executive – JLL

What this job involves:

JLL seeks an experienced Property Executive to lead daily property operations for an assigned facility. This role implements building procedures and performance measures to ensure compliance, while driving property enhancement initiatives and best-practice adoption. The successful candidate serves as the primary point of contact for client facilities-related matters and champions a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and performance excellence within the team.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage daily client activities for the assigned property or facility
  • Implement and monitor building procedures and performance measures to ensure compliance
  • Lead property enhancement works and promote best practices to improve on-site operations
  • Oversee adherence to health and safety standards during improvement works
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met
  • Serve as the main point of contact for facilities-related concerns
  • Support team growth through training and coaching, fostering collaboration and trust among members

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in integrated facilities management or a related field
  • Solid background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems management
  • Proven experience in project work management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Expertise in health and safety requirements and compliance
  • Experience in vendor management and property technical systems management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FSM (Facilities Management) certification
  • Working knowledge of occupational safety standards
  • Exposure to government or commercial building environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues through quantitative and holistic approaches
  • Goal-oriented management style
  • Experience fostering team collaboration and motivation
  • Background in training and coaching team members
