Jones Ford Verde Valley in Camp Verde, Arizona, is hiring an Automotive Lube Technician / Entry-Level Service Technician to join our service department!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on vehicles, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to develop their automotive skills in a professional dealership environment.

Whether you have previous experience performing oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance or you’re looking to start your career in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Monday–Friday schedule – NO WEEKENDS!
  • Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services.
  • Replace oil filters, air filters, and cabin air filters.
  • Rotate tires and check tire pressure.
  • Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Assist with routine preventive maintenance services.
  • Follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work alongside experienced automotive technicians and service advisors.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous lube technician, quick lube, or automotive maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and an interest in working on vehicles.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new automotive service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and service guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to perform the physical duties associated with automotive maintenance.
