Vil du være med til at sikre en stærk, professionel og velfungerende administration på en moderne uddannelsesinstitution?

Jordbrugets UddannelsesCenter Århus søger en erfaren og engageret administrationschef med en solid økonomisk baggrund, som kan stå i spidsen for skolens administrative funktioner. Du refererer til direktøren, som du får et tæt samarbejde med.

Som administrationschef får du et bredt ansvarsområde, hvor økonomi, personale, administration, IT og service går hånd i hånd. Du bliver en central del af skolens ledergruppe og får mulighed for at præge både den daglige drift og den langsigtede udvikling af skolen.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Ledelse af skolens administrative funktioner
  • Ansvar for skolens samlede økonomi
  • Økonomiske analyser og rådgivning, herunder afrapportering til bestyrelsen
  • Rapportering og myndighedsindberetninger
  • Ansvar for HR, løn og personaleadministration
  • Kvalitet, compliance og administrative processer
  • Overordnet ansvar for skolens administrative IT-systemer
  • Ansvar for skolens projektportefølje
  • Ledelse og udvikling af medarbejdere
  • Strategisk udvikling af administrationen

Kvalifikationer

Du har en solid økonomisk baggrund, der inkluderer praktisk erfaring med flere af ovenstående opgaver. Vi forestiller os, at du har en økonomisk uddannelse på bachelor- eller kandidatniveau, en HD eller lignende. Kendskab til uddannelsessektoren vil være en fordel.

Desuden lægger vi vægt på forretningsmæssig forståelse og interesse, erfaring med økonomistyring, personaleledelse samt gode kommunikationsevner, både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår fastsættes efter gældende overenskomst. Lønniveauet tager sit afsæt i ansøgerens kvalifikationer. Du vil få et pensionsbidrag, som skolen dækker fuldt ud.
