The posting

Estamos em processo de fortalecimento e estruturação da nossa área de Controladoria e buscamos um(a) Analista Financeiro Sênior para atuar de forma estratégica na consolidação de processos, geração de informações gerenciais e suporte à tomada de decisões da alta gestão.

Procuramos um profissional com perfil analítico, visão sistêmica e capacidade de atuar além das rotinas operacionais, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos controles internos, da governança financeira e do desenvolvimento da equipe.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Analisar e elaborar demonstrativos financeiros e gerenciais (DRE, Balancetes e Balanço Patrimonial);
  • Gerenciar e acompanhar fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado;
  • Realizar planejamento e controle orçamentário, monitorando desvios e propondo ações corretivas;
  • Desenvolver indicadores financeiros e gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Analisar custos, despesas e rentabilidade;
  • Acompanhar processos de Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber e Fundo Fixo;
  • Apoiar a prestação de contas de projetos e convênios;
  • Garantir conformidade com normas tributárias e controles internos;
  • Mapear, revisar e documentar processos financeiros;
  • Atuar na implantação e fortalecimento de práticas de compliance e governança;
  • Compartilhar conhecimento técnico com a equipe e apoiar o desenvolvimento de sucessores.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida na área financeira e/ou controladoria;
  • Conhecimento avançado em análise financeira, orçamento e indicadores de desempenho;
  • Domínio de Excel Avançado;
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI para construção e análise de dashboards;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à produtividade e análise de dados.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação em Controladoria, Finanças, Auditoria ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em controles internos e compliance;
  • Experiência com prestação de contas de projetos e convênios;
  • Conhecimento da Reforma Tributária (IBS e CBS).
