Im Systemverkehr sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Transporte zuverlässig, wirtschaftlich und termingerecht abgewickelt werden. Du koordinierst nationale Stückgutverkehre, steuerst Fahrzeuge und Partnerunternehmen und behältst auch bei hohem Sendungsaufkommen stets den Überblick.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Touren planen: Du disponierst nationale Systemverkehre unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Laufzeiten und Kundenanforderungen
  • Transporte steuern: Du koordinierst die termingerechte Abwicklung von Stückgutsendungen innerhalb unseres Netzwerkes
  • Linien auslasten: Du sorgst für eine optimale Auslastung der Stückgutlinien
  • Partner betreuen: Du steht im engen Austausch mit Fahrern, Partnerdepots, Kunden und Subunternehmen
  • Qualität sichern: Du überwachst Sendungsverläufe, bearbeitest Abweichungen und trägst zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards bei
  • Prozesse verbessern: Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dispositionsabläufe

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Stückgut-, Sammelgut- oder Systemverkehren
  • Gute geografische Kenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Fahrern und Partnern
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Transport-Management-Systemen
