Joseph Subaru is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team in Florence, KY. Although we are looking for experience, we will train the right person. Signing bonus may be offered based on experience. A salary will be provided while on-boarding or training giving the right candidate a chance to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspections
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs in a clear, professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines
- Communicate repair updates and vehicle status throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
- Review completed repairs with customers and answer any questions
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records using dealership software
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor, Automotive Service Writer, or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
