INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team.

If you’re an experienced automotive salesperson—or have a successful background in sales or customer service—we want to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with people, is motivated by strong earning potential, and wants to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Build relationships with new and returning customers
  • Present vehicle features, technology, and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
  • Follow up with leads and prospective customers
  • Maintain relationships with customers after the sale
  • Stay knowledgeable about inventory, incentives, and promotions
  • Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
  • Deliver the premium customer experience expected from the INFINITI brand

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable talking with customers and asking for the sale
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
