Dina arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker erfarna CNC-operatörer med god kunskap inom svarvning, fräsning och CNC-programmering. I rollen ansvarar du för att programmera, ställa in och övervaka CNC-maskiner för att säkerställa en effektiv produktion med hög kvalitet och precision.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:

  • Programmera och optimera CNC-maskiner för att säkerställa en effektiv och kvalitativ produktion.
  • Övervaka maskinernas drift och säkerställa att tillverkade komponenter uppfyller uppsatta kvalitetskrav.
  • Utföra förebyggande underhåll samt felsökning för att minimera driftstopp.
  • Samarbeta med produktions- och ingenjörsteam för att utveckla och förbättra produktionsprocesser.
  • Arbeta praktiskt vid CNC-styrda svarvar och fräsmaskiner.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har dokumenterad erfarenhet av CNC-bearbetning och som snabbt kan sätta dig in i nya arbetsuppgifter och produktionsmiljöer.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av CNC-svarvning, fräsning och programmering.
  • Goda kunskaper i CNC-programmeringsspråk och tillhörande programvaror.
  • Förmåga att läsa och tolka tekniska ritningar.
  • Erfarenhet av att omvandla ritningsunderlag till färdiga komponenter med hög precision.
  • Ett kvalitetsmedvetet arbetssätt och ett tekniskt intresse.
