Vi söker en erfaren och noggrann kantpressare till vår kund inom tillverkningsindustrin. I rollen kommer du att arbeta med inställning och körning av manuella och CNC-styrda kantpressar för att bocka och forma plåt enligt ritningar och produktionsunderlag.

Du blir en viktig del av produktionen där fokus ligger på precision, kvalitet och ett effektivt produktionsflöde.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ställa in och köra kantpressar, både manuella och CNC-styrda.
  • Välja och montera rätt verktyg utifrån material, tjocklek och bockningskrav.
  • Läsa och arbeta efter tekniska ritningar, mått, toleranser och arbetsordrar.
  • Genomföra provbockningar och justera maskininställningar för att säkerställa rätt resultat.
  • Kontrollmäta färdiga detaljer med exempelvis skjutmått, mikrometer och vinkelmätare.
  • Säkerställa att produkterna håller rätt kvalitet och följer angivna specifikationer.
  • Uppmärksamma och rapportera eventuella fel, avvikelser eller störningar i produktionen.
  • Hantera och sortera färdiga detaljer samt se till att materialet går vidare till rätt produktionssteg.
  • Ansvara för ordning och underhåll av maskiner, verktyg och arbetsplats.
  • Bidra till förbättringar som kan effektivisera produktionen och minska svinn.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av kantpressning, CNC, maskinoperatörsarbete eller liknande inom industrin.
  • Har praktisk erfarenhet av att ställa in och köra kantpress eller annan CNC-utrustning.
  • Kan läsa och förstå tekniska ritningar och produktionsunderlag.
  • Har god förståelse för mått, toleranser och bockvinklar.
  • Är van vid att arbeta med olika mätverktyg och kvalitetskontroller.
  • Har grundläggande förståelse för CNC-program och plåtbearbetning.
  • Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift.
  • Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och säkerhetsmedveten.

Personliga egenskaper

Vi tror att du är en praktiskt lagd och lösningsorienterad person som gillar att arbeta med teknik och produktion. Du har öga för detaljer, tar ansvar för ditt arbete och kan hålla hög kvalitet även när tempot är högt.

Du arbetar lika bra självständigt som tillsammans med andra och bidrar gärna med idéer som kan göra produktionen ännu bättre.
