Dina arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker nu en noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten kvalitetskontrollant till vår kund i Kungsbacka. I rollen ansvarar du för att kontrollera och säkerställa att produkter och komponenter håller rätt kvalitet och uppfyller angivna krav, ritningar och specifikationer. Du arbetar nära produktionen och bidrar aktivt till att förebygga fel samt utveckla kvalitetsarbetet.

Förekommande arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utföra kvalitetskontroller och mätningar av produkter och komponenter.
  • Kontrollera produkter utifrån ritningar, instruktioner, toleranser och kundkrav.
  • Använda olika mätverktyg och mätinstrument i det dagliga arbetet.
  • Dokumentera och rapportera avvikelser samt följa upp korrigerande åtgärder.
  • Samarbeta med produktion, teknik och övriga avdelningar för att säkerställa rätt kvalitet.
  • Bidra till förbättringsarbete och utveckling av rutiner inom kvalitet och produktion.
  • Säkerställa att kvalitetsdokumentation och kontrollunderlag är korrekt och uppdaterad.

Din bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kvalitetskontroll, produktion eller verkstadsarbete och som trivs med ett noggrant och strukturerat arbetssätt. Du har ett tekniskt intresse, öga för detaljer och förmåga att upptäcka avvikelser. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du kunna arbeta självständigt, ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och samtidigt samarbeta väl med kollegor.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av kvalitetskontroll inom industri, tillverkning eller liknande verksamhet.
  • Vana av att läsa och tolka tekniska ritningar och instruktioner.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med mätverktyg och mätinstrument.
  • God datorvana och erfarenhet av att dokumentera utförda kontroller.
  • God svenska i tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av ISO-standarder, avvikelsehantering eller arbete i affärs- och kvalitetssystem. Även utbildning inom kvalitetsteknik, produktionsteknik eller annan relevant teknisk utbildning är meriterande.
