Vi söker nu produktionspersonal till vår verksamhet i Falkenberg. Här får du arbeta med varierande betongmoment i ett engagerat team, där säkerhet, noggrannhet och samarbete står i centrum.

Om tjänsten

Som produktionspersonal inom betong arbetar du med flera delar av tillverkningsprocessen, bland annat:

  • Gjutning och vibrering
  • Snickeriarbete
  • Armering
  • Formbyggnad
  • Slipning och efterbearbetning
  • Ritningsläsning och kvalitetskontroller
  • Praktiskt produktionsarbete i team

Arbetet är varierat och passar dig som uppskattar att arbeta med händerna, ta ansvar för ditt arbete och se ett tydligt resultat varje dag.

Arbetstiden är förlagd till dagtid, måndag till fredag, kl. 07.00–16.00.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av betongarbete och som är van vid att arbeta noggrant, effektivt och med höga krav på kvalitet. Du tar ansvar, håller ett jämnt tempo och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du:

  • Har erfarenhet av betongarbete, gjutning och armering
  • Kan läsa och förstå ritningar
  • Har god fysik och trivs med ett fysiskt arbete
  • Är noggrann, strukturerad och kvalitetsmedveten
  • Kan arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra
  • Är lösningsorienterad och van vid att ta egna initiativ
  • Har erfarenhet av formbyggnad eller snickeri – meriterande

Anställning och villkor
