Som ställverksmontör kommer du att arbeta med montering och installation av tekniska lösningar inom el- och kraftdistribution. Rollen innebär både arbete i verkstad och ute på kundprojekt, där du tillsammans med kollegor bygger, installerar och kvalitetssäkrar elcentraler, ställverk och andra tekniska anläggningar. Du deltar i hela processen från montage till färdig installation och driftsättning, och arbetar nära projektledare och tekniker för att säkerställa att arbetet håller hög kvalitet. Tjänsten innebär även felsökning, justeringar och praktiskt problemlösande arbete i en varierad och tekniskt utvecklande miljö.

Din bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av montage- eller installationsarbete, gärna inom el, industri eller mekanik. Du är praktiskt lagd, tekniskt intresserad och trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team. Att kunna läsa ritningar och förstå teknisk dokumentation är en stor fördel. Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och har ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Erfarenhet från verkstadsarbete eller fältarbete är meriterande, men viktigast är att du har viljan att utvecklas och lära dig nya moment.

Kvalifikationer

Vi ser gärna att du har en gymnasieutbildning inom el, teknik eller mekanik, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. B-körkort är önskvärt då resor kan förekomma i tjänsten. Erfarenhet av arbete med låg- eller högspänningsutrustning är meriterande, liksom relevanta säkerhetsutbildningar. Du bör ha god verktygsvana och en stark känsla för kvalitet och säkerhet i ditt arbete. Personliga egenskaper som samarbetsförmåga, engagemang och en positiv inställning värderas högt.
