Joya est une structure d’aide à domicile prestataire spécialisée dans le maintien à domicile des adultes en situation de handicap et des séniors.

Nous mettons l’accent sur la dimension humaine aussi bien avec nos collaborateurs qu’avec nos usagers et cherchons véritablement à créer cette ambiance familiale qui nous est chère et qui constitue l’essence de ce merveilleux métier.

🎯 Concrètement, quelles seront tes missions au quotidien ?

Développement

  • Nouer et entretenir des relations pérennes avec les professionnels de santé et du médico-social du territoire
  • Pilotage de l’activité de l’agence (croissance, CA, panier moyen, satisfaction client…)

Opérations

  • Prendre en charge les demandes d’aide à domicile de nos prospects : évaluation des besoins, élaboration du plan d’accompagnement, suivi des demandes
  • Proposer des auxiliaires adaptés.es aux situations et aux besoins des bénéficiaires
  • Gérer le planning d’intervention des auxiliaires
  • Superviser les prestations et t’assurer ainsi de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction de tes bénéficiaires et de leur entourage

Recrutement

  • Participer au recrutement des auxiliaires de vie
  • Assurer l’encadrement et garantir la fidélisation des auxiliaires de vie

Management de l'équipe d'auxiliaires de vie

👤 Profil recherché :

  • 3 ans minimum d’expérience dans les services à la personne et auprès des auxiliaires, des bénéficiaires et des institutions locales (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
  • ET / OU Diplôme (BTS, Master...) ou formation dans le domaine des services à la personne / sanitaire et social
  • Ecoute et sens du service client
  • Forte autonomie, capacité d’adaptation, d’organisation et de priorisation
  • Capacité et plaisir à travailler en équipe
  • Goût pour le terrain et l’opérationnel, avec une forte capacité de travail et d’implication
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux
