Estamos buscando um(a) Assistente Administrativo organizado(a) e proativo(a) para atuar em uma empresa de consultoria ambiental, dando suporte às atividades administrativas e também às rotinas operacionais da área.

Você será responsável por:

  • Lançamento e atualização de dados em planilhas e plataformas;
  • Auxílio na elaboração e formatação de relatórios;
  • Atualização de planos de ação e históricos de empresas;
  • Levantamento e controle de dados;
  • Organização de arquivos, documentos e protocolos;
  • Apoio no controle de vencimentos e documentações;
  • Suporte aos técnicos, clientes e parceiros.
  • Estar cursando ensino superior em Administração, Engenharia Química, Ambiental, Sanitária ou áreas correlatas, a partir da 4ª fase;
  • Experiência profissional ou estágio em indústria ou empresas de serviços;
  • Desejável experiência com rotinas administrativas, engenharia ou consultoria;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Word;
  • Facilidade com plataformas de gestão;
  • Desejável qualificação na área ambiental.
