Sobre a vaga

Nosso cliente é uma empresa de tecnologia que desenvolve soluções para o mercado financeiro. Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Operações para atuar no acompanhamento de clientes, suporte às demandas operacionais e organização de processos internos.

Principais atividades

  • Acompanhar clientes durante os primeiros meses de operação, oferecendo suporte e orientações sobre a utilização da plataforma.
  • Apoiar os Analistas e a liderança nas demandas operacionais do dia a dia.
  • Monitorar tarefas, pendências e retornos junto a clientes, parceiros e equipes internas.
  • Realizar consultas, verificações e levantamentos de informações em sistemas, planilhas e controles internos.
  • Registrar, atualizar e organizar informações relacionadas a clientes, operações e projetos.
  • Identificar problemas operacionais e direcionar as demandas às áreas responsáveis, como Produto e Tecnologia.
  • Participar de testes, homologações e validações de processos quando necessário.
  • Manter clientes e equipes internas informados sobre o andamento das demandas.
  • Contribuir para a organização e melhoria dos procedimentos e controles internos.
  • Apoiar diferentes atividades operacionais conforme as necessidades dos clientes e projetos em andamento.
  • Boa capacidade de organização e gerenciamento de múltiplas demandas.
  • Comunicação verbal e escrita clara e objetiva.
  • Facilidade para se relacionar com clientes e diferentes áreas internas.
  • Perfil proativo, responsável e com iniciativa para buscar soluções.
  • Facilidade para utilizar planilhas, sistemas e ferramentas digitais.
  • Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade das entregas.
  • Interesse em compreender processos operacionais e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Facilidade para aprender novos sistemas, ferramentas e conceitos.
  • Capacidade de acompanhar demandas e garantir o cumprimento de prazos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em Operações, Backoffice, Customer Success, Implantação ou Suporte B2B.
  • Vivência em fintechs, instituições financeiras ou empresas de tecnologia SaaS.
  • Conhecimento sobre FIDCs, securitizadoras, factorings, bancos ou empresas de crédito.
  • Familiaridade com recebíveis, cessão de crédito, títulos de crédito ou conciliação financeira.
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP.
  • Conhecimento de Excel ou Google Sheets.
  • Experiência com ferramentas como HubSpot, Jira ou similares.
  • Familiaridade básica com APIs e formatos de integração de dados, como CNAB, CSV e XML.
  • Vale-alimentação de R$ 35,00 por dia;
  • Vale-transporte pago em dinheiro;
  • Plano de saúde após 3 meses.
