About The Role

At JoyzAI, we believe CS is ONLY about empathy and solutions, rather than copy-pasting replies and closing tickets.

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will be the voice of JoyzAI for our clients. You’ll handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers towards loyalty with our product. This role is not about answering tickets or resolving queries. It’s about delighting customers, actually solving their problems, and building trust at every touchpoint.

You’ll:

  • Handle inbound customer queries with empathy and clarity
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver simple, effective solutions
  • Understand client pain points and communicate them internally
  • Educate users about product features and best practices
  • Go beyond “support” - help customers succeed

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (and Hindi is a plus)
  • Calm under pressure, patient, and genuinely customer-first
  • Fast learner, excited about SaaS, AI, and startups
  • Empathetic problem solver with a “how can I fix this?” attitude
  • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
