Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional organizado(a), proativo(a) e com perfil executor para atuar no suporte administrativo e financeiro da empresa.

A posição será responsável pelo acompanhamento das rotinas financeiras, administrativas e operacionais, garantindo organização, controle e suporte às demandas internas da empresa e das demais unidades.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Controle de entradas e saídas das contas bancárias da empresa;
  • Gestão de contas a pagar e contas a receber;
  • Emissão, conferência e controle de notas fiscais e notas de serviço;
  • Administração e acompanhamento de contratos e prazos vigentes;
  • Apoio nas rotinas administrativas e operacionais da empresa;
  • Interface direta com gestores e colaboradores das demais unidades;
  • Acompanhamento e suporte em demandas relacionadas à área de pessoal;
  • Organização de documentos e controles internos;
  • Apoio em atividades financeiras e administrativas gerais.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia na área administrativa e/ou financeira;
  • Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Perfil proativo e executor;
  • Facilidade com tecnologia e sistemas;
  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office, principalmente Excel.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com rotinas financeiras;
  • Vivência em emissão de notas fiscais;
  • Experiência com controle contratual;
  • Conhecimento no sistema Domínio;
  • Ensino superior concluído ou cursando em ADM ou áreas relacionadas.
