In unseren Filialen OLYMP & HADES sowie KULT erlebst Du die Vielfalt angesagter Styles und arbeitest mit aufstrebenden Newcomern und Labels zusammen.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

  • Verantwortung für alle Abläufe in unseren Stores.
  • Du bist flexibel und bist in unseren beiden Stores einsatzbereit
  • Unterstützung bei den Umsatz- und Verkaufszielen.
  • Leitung der Kassentätigkeiten.
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren.
  • Unterstützung bei Warenannahme und Kontrolle.
  • Verkauf und Outfitberatung

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Idealerweise hast Du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Einzelhandelskaufmann / Einzelhandelskauffrau / Verkäufer / Verkäuferin oder bereits Erfahrung als stellvertretende - Filialleiter / Filialleitung / Marktleiter / Niederlassungsleiter / Teamleiter / Store Manager (m/w/d)
  • Du interessierst dich für Streetwear, Sportswear und die aktuellen Trends
  • Du bist empathisch und agierst lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und setzt selbstständig Prioritäten
  • Auch in stressigen Phasen behältst Du den Überblick und schaffst es, Dein Team zu motivieren
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen und hast idealerweise bereits mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem gearbeitet
