პოზიციის მიზანი:

აპლიკაციების მხარდაჭერის Team Lead პასუხისმგებელია უზრუნველყოს ,,კრედო ბანკში არსებული აპლიკაციებს და სერვისების ხელმისაწვდომობა და აპლიკაციების მიმართებაში დაფიქსირებული სერვისული და პროგრამული მოთხოვნების თუ ინციდენტების მოგვარებაზე დადგენილი პოლიტიკის და პროცედურების შესაბამისად. პოზიციის მთავარი მიზანია მისი დაქვემდებარებული ჯგუფის წევრების ეფექტური მართვა და განვითარება, IT და ბიზნეს აპლიკაციების მაქსიმალური ხელმისაწვდომობის და მათი გამართული ოპერაციების მისაღწევად

  • კრედოს ფილოსოფიის და მიზნების გაგება და მხარდაჭერა.
  • მუდმივად იმუშაოს ორგანიზაციის დასახული მიზნების მისაღწევად.
  • ყველა აქტივობის წარმართვა კრედოს პოლიტიკისა და პროცედურების დაცვით.
  • გამოავლინოს ორგანიზაციისადმი ერთგულება და გამოიჩინოს პატიოსნებისა და კეთილსინდისიერების მაღალი დონე.
  • დაიცვას ორგანიზაციის მატერიალური ფასეულობები პოლიტიკის შესაბამისად.
  • დაესწროს ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების ტრენინგებს.
  • კვლევის შედეგების მიხედვით მოთხოვნების გადაბარება შესაბამის რგოლზე პრობლემის მოგვარების მიზნით (დეველოპერები, სისტემური ადმინისტრატორები, ბაზის ადმინისტრატორები და სხვა);

 

ძირითადი პასუხისმგებლობა და მოვალეობები:

სპეციფიკური:

  • ინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების აპლიკაციების მხარდაჭერის განყოფილებაში შემავალი საინფორმაციო სერვისების გამართული მუშაობის ორგანიზება და კონტროლი;
  • მჭიდრო თანამშრომლობა და კომუნიკაცია სხვადასხვა გუნდის წევრებთან პრობლემური საკითხების სწორედ პრიორიტიზაცია და ეფექტური აღმოფხვრის მიზნით;
  • აპლიკაციების პერფორმანსის მონიტორინგი, გაუმჯობესების სფეროების დადგენა და ახალი პროაქტიური ზომების მიღება აპლიკაციის სტაბილურობის და საიმედოობის გასაუმჯობესებლად;
  • გუნდთან ერთად ცოდნის ბაზის გაუმჯობესება, განმეორებითი პრობლემის პერიოდული გავლა და მათი ავტომატიზაციის და გასწორების გზების დასახვა;
  • პასუხისგებლობის ქვეშ არსებული სერვისის შეთანხმებული დონის (SLA), სისტემის ხელმისაწვდომობის, სიმძლავრეების მართვისა და წარმადობის ინდიკატორების შენარჩუნება;
  • სისტემის დოკუმენტაციის შექმნა და მართვა;
  • აპლიკაციაში აღმოჩენილი პრობლემის შემთხვევაში მათი მყისიერი მოგვარება ან/და ესკალაცია შესაბამისი პირებთან;
  • მხარდაჭერის პორტალის მეშვეობით მასზე გადაწერილი მხარდაჭერის მოთხოვნების პროცედურების მიხედვით დამუშავება.
  • მხარდაჭერის სტრატეგიის, პროცესების და საუკეთესო მიდგომების შემუშავება და დანერგვა აპლიკაციების ეფექტური მუშაობის უზრუნველსაყოფად;



ცოდნა, უნარები და შესაძლებლობები:

შემდეგი ცოდნა, კვალიფიკაცია და უნარები შეიძლება, მიღებულ იქნას ფორმალური განათლების, თვითსწავლების, გამოცდილების ან სტაჟირების გზით.

  • აუცილებელია (MSSQL,Postgree,MySQL) ბაზების მაღალ დონეზე ცოდნა (სერტიფიკატის ცოდნა აუცილებელია)
  • მინიმუმ 5 წელი სამუშაო გამოცდილება მზგავს პოზიციაზე
  • აუცილებელია ITIL v3/v4 ის ცოდნა;
  • აუცილებელია Microsoft Windows მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • სასურველია პროგრამირების ენის ცოდნა (Python,JavaScript);
  • სასურველია მონაცემთა ბაზების ტექნოლოგიების ზოგადი ცოდნა (MS SQL, Postgres);
  • მონიტორინგის სისტემებთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება ( Zabbix, Dynatrace)
  • აუცილებელია ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა B2 დონეზე, სასურველია C1 ან ზედა დონე;
  • წერილობითი კომუნიკაცია (როგორც ქართულ, ასევე ინგლისურ ენაზე);
  • კომუნიკაბელურობა;
  • თავაზიანობა;
  • გუნდთან ეფექტურად მუშაობის უნარი;
  • სტრატეგიული და კომპლექსური აზროვნების უნარი
  • ცვლილებების მართვის უნარი
  • მოლაპარაკების წარმოების უნარი;
  • გუნდის მართვისა და დელეგირების უნარი
