თანამდებობა: გარემოს დაცვითი და სოციალური (ESG) საქმიანობის უმცროსი ოფიცერი

ექვემდებარება: მომხმარებელთა პოზიტიური გამოცდილების მართვის და ESG განყოფილების უფროსს.

პოზიციის მიზანი:

გარემოსდაცვითი, სოციალური და მმართველობითი საკითხების, პოლიტიკების და პროცესების მუდმივი განვითარება, იმპლემენტაცია.

ზოგადი პასუხისმგებლობები:

  • კრედოს ფილოსოფიის, ღირებულებების, მიზნების გაზიარება და მხარდაჭერა;
  • საქმიანობის შესრულება კრედოს სტრატეგიისა და მეთოდიკის შესაბამისად;
  • ორგანიზაციის მიმართ მაღალი ლოიალობა;
  • ორგანიზაციის მატერიალური ფასეულობების გაფრთხილება და დაცვა, კრედოს მოხმარების პოლიტიკის შესაბამისად;
  • შრომის უსაფრთხოების ტრენინგზე დასწერება და დანართი N2-ის ხელმოწერით დადასტურება;
  • ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების ტრეინინგზე დასწრება და ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების თანხმობის განცხადებაზე ხელის მოწერის უზრუნველყოფა, (ხელმოწერით დადასტურება, რომ განცხადების რომელიმე ნაწილის დარღვევა განხილულია როგორც მოვალეობის შეუსრულებლობა და იწვევს დისციპლინარულ სანქციებს).
  • სამუშაო პროცესში მოპოვებული ინფორმაციის კონფიდენციალობის დაცვა;

სპეციფიური პასუხისმგებლობები:

  • გარემოსდაცვითი და სოციალური, ასევე მმართველობითი საქმიანობის პოლიტიკისა და პროცესების ცვლილების შემუშავება/დანერგვა
  • გარემოსდაცვითი და სოციალური საქმიანობის სისტემის ცვლილება/დანერგვა
  • ინვესტორთა გარემოსდაცვით, სოციალური და მმართელობითი მოთხოვნების ინტეგრაცია არსებულ პროცედურებში, პროცესებსა და სისტემებში
  • ინვესტორებისთვის გარემოსდაცვითი, სოციალური და მმართველობითი რეპორტის მომზადებაში მხარდაჭერა/ჩართულობა
  • გარემოსადავითი და სოციალური საკითხების გარშემო ტრენინგების შემუშავება/ჩატარება
  • მწვანე ტაქსონომია - რეპორტინგი და რეპორტინგის განვითარება
  • GHG accounting დანერგვაში ჩართულობა, მართვა, მიზნების დასახვაში ჩართულობა და მართვა
  • კორპორატიული სოციალური პაუსუხისმგებლობის პროექტების მართვაში ჩართულობა/მართვა
  • სოციალური და მწვანე პროდუქტების მართვაში ჩართულობა
  • სუპერვაიზორის სხვა დავალებების შესრულება;

ცოდნა, პიროვნული მახასიათებლები და უნარები:

  • უმაღლესი განათლება გარემოსდაცვით, ეკონომიკის ან მსგავს სფეროში;
  • გარემოსდაცვით პოზიციაზე მუშაობის გამოცდილება ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად
  • განვითარების ბანკებთან ან საერთაშორისო ფინანსურ ინსტიტუტებთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად
  • აუცილებელია სრულყოფილი წერითი და მეტყველების უნარი ქართულ და ინგლისურ ენებზე;
  • საჭიროების შემთხვევაში თავისუფალი გრაფიკით მუშაობის სურვილი და ადგილობრივად მოგზაურობის შესაძლებლობა;
