კრედო ბანკი 25 წლამდე ისტორიის მქონე მძლავრი, სტაბილური ფინანსური ინსტიტუტია. კომპანია უწყვეტი სერვისებით საქართველოს მასშტაბით 88 ფილიალით არის წარმოდგენილი.

პოზიციის მიზანი:

ინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების მხარდაჭერის უმცროსი ოფიცრის სტაჟიორი ვალდებულია შეისწავლოს და უზრუნველყოს დახმარება ინფორმაციულ ტექნოლოგიებთან დაკავშირებულ საკითებში სს კრედო ბანკის (შემდგომში კრედო) პერსონალისთვის, კრედოს მიზნების, ამოცანებისა და ოპერატიული პოლიტიკების შესაბამისად. მის როლში გათვალისწინებულია IT-თან დაკავშირებული ძირითადი საკითხების მართვა სათაო ოფისისა და სერვის ცენტრის დონეზე, ოფისის შეუფერხებელი ფუნქციონირების უზრუნველყოფის მიზნით.

ცოდნა, უნარები და შესაძლებლობები:

საჭიროა შემდეგი ცოდნა, უნარები და შესაძლებლობები ოფიციალური სკოლის, თვით-განათლების, წინა გამოცდილების ან სტაჟირების კომბინაციის საფუძველზე

  • MS Windows® OS-თან მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • პერსონალური კომპიუტერის პროგრამული და აპარატურული უზრუნველყოფის საბაზისო ცოდნა და უნარები;
  • კომპიუტერულ ქსელთან დაკავშირებული პროგრამული და აპარატურული მხარის, ჩამწერი, ბეჭდვითი და სხვადასხვა ქსელური მოწყობილობის მხარდაჭერის შესწავლა-გამოყენება;
  • კომპიუტერული ტექნიკის პერიოდული დიაგნოსტიკა;
  • MS Office-ის საბაზისო ცოდნა;
  • ქართულ, რუსულ და ინგლისურ ენებზე ეფექტური წერითი და ზეპირი კომუნიკაცია;
  • მოტივირებული, ინოვაციური;
  • დინამიურ სამუშაო გარემოში მუშაობის უნარი;
  • ორგანიზებული, მოწესრიგებული;
  • შემჭიდროვებულ ვადებში მუშაობის უნარი;
