პოზიციის მიზანი:

  • უფროსი ტრენერის პოზიციის მიზანია ორგანიზაციაში ტრენინგის პროცესის ხელშეწყობა, ახალი და არსებული თანამშრომლების ცოდნისა და უნარების გაუმჯობესება, ტრენინგების ხარისხთან შესაბამისობის ხელშეწყობა.

ძირითდი პასუხისმგებლობა და მოვალეობები:

  • კრედოში არსებული პოზიციების ანალიზისა და შესაბამის მენეჯერებთან კონსულტაციის შედეგად თანამშრომლებისათვის ტრენინგებისა და განვითარებისათვის აუცილებელი საჭიროებების განსაზღვრაში ჩართულობა.
  • საჭიროებების ანალიზის მიხედვით, სასწავლო სტრატეგიის განსაზღვრაში ჩართულობა;
  • ტრენინგების მოდულის შექმნისა და განვითარების უზრუნველყოფა;
  • კომპანიის შიდა ტრენინგების ჩატარებისათვის აუცილებელი მასალების მოძიების/მომზადების უზრუნველყოფა;
  • კრედოს თანამშრომლებისათვის ტრენინგების ჩატარება;
  • მონაწილეთათვის ტრენინგის შემდგომი ტესტირების ჩატარებისა და შედეგების შეფასების უზრუნველყოფა;
  • თანამშრომელთა პროგრესის, სასწავლო მოდულებისა და სქემების გავლენის მონიტორინგი და შეფასება;
  • სასწავლო მოდულების მუდმივად გადახედვისა და განახლების უზრუნველყოფა, კომპანიაში არსებული ცვლილებების შესაბამისად;
  • საერთაშორისო და ადგილობრივ ბაზარზე არსებული სხვადასხვა გამოცდილების შესახებ ინფორმაციის მოძიება და დანერგვა;
  • დისტანციური სწავლების დანერგვაში მონაწილეობის მიღება;
  • ტრენინგის ხარისხისა და მეთოდოლოგიის შესაბამისობის უზრუნველყოფა;
  • ორგანიზაციის მიზნებისა და სტანდარტების შესაბამისად ტრენინგის შედეგების გაზომვა;
  • ახალი სწავლების ტექნიკებისა და ტექნოლოგიების ინტეგრაცია;
  • სწავლების პროცესების გამარტივება და ეფექტურობის გაზრდა.

ცოდნა, კვალიფიკაცია და უნარები

  • უმაღლესი განათლება
  • სასურველია ტრენერის პოზიციაზე მუშაობის მინიმუმ 1-წლიანი გამოცდილება, საბანკო სექტორში ან სხვა საფინანსო ორგანიზაციაში;
  • ქართული და ინგლისური ენების ცოდნა თავისუფლად (როგორც ვერბალური, ასევე წერითი)
  • საოფისე პროგრამების ცოდნა მაღალ დონეზე (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • პრეზენტაციის, ინფორმაციის ეფექტურად გადაცემის უნარი;
  • აუდიტორიის მართვისა და მოტივირების უნარი;
  • ტრენინგის ეფექტურად დაგეგმვის უნარი;
  • ახალი სასწავლო მოდულების განვითარების შესაძლებლობა;
  • ძლიერი კომუნიკაციის უნარი;
  • მოქნილი რეგიონებში მივლინებების მიმართ.
