#გახდიკრედოელი

ძირითადი ფუნქცია-მოვალეობები:

  • ზედამხედველობს პრობლემური სესხების ოპერატორების ჯგუფს მათი შესასრულებელი დავალების კუთხით;
  • მეთვალყურეობს პრობლემური სესხების ოპერატორების ჯგუფის საქმიანობას, მათ მიერ განხორციელებულ ზარებს, უთითებს და შენიშვნას აძლევს მათ შეცდომების დაშვებისას, აძლევს მითითებებს შესასრულებელი დავალებების ირგვლივ;
  • ვადაგადაცილების მქონე მსესხებლებთან და მათ თავდებებთან სატელეფონო კომუნიკაცია;
  • მომხმარებელთან ეფექტური კომუნიკაცია ვადაგადაცილებული/გაპრობლემებული სესხის დაფარვის უზრუნველსაყოფად;
  • ბანკის ინტერესების გათვალისიწნებით, საჭიროების შეთხვევაში მხოლოდ და მხოლოდ უშუალო ხელმძღვანელი პირის წერილობითი თანხმობის შემტხვევაში კლიენტისთვის ვადაგადაცილებულ/პრობლემურ სესხებზე რესტრუქტურიზაციის შეთავაზება ხელსაყრელი პირობებით;
  • მიმდინარე ვადაგადაცილებულ/პრობლემურ სესხებზე გადახდის ეფექტური განრიგის (მაგრამ არაუმეტეს გადაუხდელი პირველი შენატანის გადაცილების დღიდან 29 კალენდარული დღიანი განრიგისა) შედგენა მომხმარებლისთვის;
  • საქმიანობის კოორდინირება სამარტალწარმოების დეპარტამენტის ხელმძღვანელობასთან;
  • პირველი დღიდან 30 დღის ჩათვლით მასზედ გადაწერილი ვადაგადაცილებული/გაპრობლემებული სესხების პორთფელის მართვა და ინტენსიური მონიტორინგი;
  • მასზედ დაქვემდებარებულ პრობლემური სესხების ოპერატორებს უნაწილებს აქტივებს.

ცოდნა, კვალიფიკაცია და უნარები:

  • უმაღლესი განათლება (სასურველია იურიდიული ან ეკონომიკური განათლება)
  • სასურველია პრობლემური სესხების ოპერატორად, პრობლემური აქტივების მართვის ოფიცრად, იურისტად, აღმასრულებლად ან შესაბამის დარგში მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • კომპიუტერული უნარ-ჩვევები (საოფისე პროგრამების ცოდნა მაღალ დონეზე);
  • ლოგიკური აზროვნების უნარი;
  • გუნდური მუშაობის უნარი;
  • მოლაპარაკებების წარმოებისა და დამარწმუნებელი კომუნიკაციის უნარი;
  • სტრესულ სიტუციებში მუშაობის უნარი;
  • მოქნილი სამუშაო საათების მიმართ;
  • პასუხისმგებლობის გრძნობის მქონე
