პოზიციის მიზანი:

ბაზების ადმინისტრატორი პასუხისმგებელია კრედო ბანკში არსებული მონაცემთა ბაზების ერთიანობის, ხელმისაწვდომობის, უსაფრთხოებისა და ეფექტურობის უზრუნველყოფაში.

ძირითადი პასუხისმგებლობა და მოვალეობები:

  • კრედო ბანკის მონაცემთა დამუშავების ცენტრებში (მთავარი, სარეზერვო) არსებული მონაცემთა ბაზების ინფრასტრუქტურის და სერვისების გამართვა, მხარდაჭერა და ადმინისტრირება;
  • მონაცემთა ბაზის მართვის (და ბაზის მომხმარებლების მართვის) პოლიტიკების შემუშავება, უსაფრთხოების ნორმების ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების განყოფილებასთან ერთად დამუშავება და დანერგვა;
  • მონაცემთა ბაზების განვითარების სტრატეგიული გეგმის შემუშავება;
  • მონაცემთა ბაზების არქიტექტურის შედგენა, ოპტიმიზაცია და მოდიფიკაცია;
  • მონაცემთა ბაზების მაღალმდგრადი სისტემების ადმინისტრირება;
  • მონაცემთა ბაზების განახლებებისა და დამატებითი მოდულების ინსტალაცია/გამართვა;
  • ახალი ტექნოლოგიური გადაწყვეტების შესწავლა/დანერგვა;
  • მონიტორინგზე ასაყვანად საჭირო სერვისების აღწერა და სისტემურ ადმინისტრატორებზე მიწოდება;
  • მონაცემთა ბაზების წარმადობის მონიტორინგი/პრობლემების დადგენა;
  • მონაცემთა ბაზების სარეზერვო ასლების და არქივების შექმნა;
  • ბანკში ინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების სფეროში არსებული პოლიტიკების
  • რეალიზება და დაცვა;
  • სერვის დესკზე შემოსულ ინციდენტებზე დროული რეაგირება და მათი აღმოფხვრა (SLA ფარგლებში);
  • ხელმძღვანელის მიერ გაცემული დამატებითი დავალებების შესრულება.
  • ბანკში დანერგილი ITSM პროცესების (Incident, Problem, Change და ა.შ) გათვალისწინება და გამოყენება;
  • მიმდინარე და ახალი პროექტების დანერგვასა და გამართვაში მონაწილეობის მიღება;
  • პასუხისმგებლობის ქვეშ არსებულ სერვისებზე პროფილაქტიკური და პრევენციული სამუშაოების ჩატარება;

ცოდნა, კვალიფიკაცია, უნარები:

  • სასურველია განათლება ინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების მიმართულებით;
  • მინიმუმ 2 წლიანი სამუშაო მონაცემთან ბაზის ადმინისტრატორის ან 1 წლიანი უფროსი ბაზის ადმინისტრატორის პოზიციაზე;
  • ITIL სტანდარტების ცოდნა (სერტიფიკატი ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად);
  • რელაციური მონაცემთა ბაზის და პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფის აპლიკაციების ცოდნა;
  • Windows Server 2016/2019 მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • აუცილებელია MS SQL Server 2012/2016/2019 მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • სასურველია My SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • T-SQL თან მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • სასურველია რომელიმე ბექაფირების გადაწყვეტილებასთან(Veeam, Backup Exec) მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • სტანდარტული საოფისე პროგრამების ცოდნა (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook და ა.შ);
  • დამოუკიდებლად მუშაობისა და პრობლემების ანალიზის უნარი;
  • გუნდურად მუშაობისა და სიახლეებთან ადაპტირების უნარი;
  • დეტალებზე ორიენტირებული;
  • ზრუნავს საკუთარ პროფესიულ განვითარებაზე;
  • სასურველია სერვერული ტექნოლოგიების ზოგადი ცოდნა;
  • პასუხისმგებლობისა და კორექტულობის გრძნობა;
  • ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა B1 დონეზე, სასურველია B2 დონეზე;
  • რამდენიმე პროექტზე ერთდროულად მუშაობის შესაძლებლობა და დროის მენეჯმენტი
  • არის პროაქტიული და აქვს ოუნერშიპის (პრობლემაზე პასუხისმგელობის) მაღალი გრძნობა
