პოზიციის მიზანი

სისტემური ანალიტიკოსი პასუხისმგებელია კომპლექსური სისტემების შექმნასა და არსებული სისტემებში ცვლილებების განხორციელებაზე, ასევე მაღალი მდგრადობის შენარჩუნებასა და ოპტიმიზაციაზე.

ზოგადი პასუხისმგებლობები

  • კრედოს ფილოსოფიის, ღირებულებების, მიზნების გაზიარება და მხარდაჭერა;
  • საქმიანობის შესრულება კრედოს სტრატეგიისა და მეთოდიკის შესაბამისად;
  • ორგანიზაციის მიმართ მაღალი ლოიალობა;
  • ორგანიზაციის მატერიალური ფასეულობების გაფრთხილება და დაცვა, კრედოს მოხმარების პოლიტიკის შესაბამისად;
  • ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების ტრეინინგზე დასწრება და ინფორმაციული უსაფრთხოების თანხმობის განცხადებაზე ხელის მოწერის უზრუნველყოფა, (ხელმოწერით დადასტურება, რომ განცხადების რომელიმე ნაწილის დარღვევა განხილულია როგორც მოვალეობის შეუსრულებლობა და იწვევს დისციპლინარულ სანქციებს).
  • სამუშაო პროცესში მოპოვებული ინფორმაციის კონფიდენციალობის დაცვა;

სპეციფიური პასუხისმგებლობები

  • ბიზნეს ამოცანის შესაბამისი ტექნიკური გადაწყვეტილების შემუშავება;
  • პროგრამული გადაწყვეტილებების არსებულ სისტემებზე გავლენის ანალიზი;
  • არსებული პროცესების/სისტემების მუდმივი ანალიზი წარმადობის/მაღალი მდგრადობის და უსაფრთხოების შენარჩუნების მიზნით;
  • სისტემის დანერგვის/განახლების პროცესის მართვა, გეგმის შედგენა.
  • გადაწყვეტილებების დოკუმენტირება ტექნიკური სპეციფიკაციის სახით;
  • სისტემის არქიტექტურის დოკუმენტის მომზადება;
  • დეველოპმენტის ანალიტიკური მხარდაჭერა;
  • ტექნიკური ხარვეზების.ინციდენტები აღმოფხვრა, მეორე დონის მხარდაჭერა.
  • პროგრამული გადაწყვეტილების ტესტირების მხარდაჭერა და შედეგების ანალიზში მონაწილეობა;
  • ბიზნეს ანალიტიკოსების მხარდაჭერა და ცოდნის გაზიარება ტექნიკური მიმართულებით;

ცოდნა, პიროვნული მახასიათებლები და უნარები:

  • უმაღლესი განათლება, სასურველია ინფორმაციული ტექნოლოგიების მიმართულებით;
  • ბიზნეს ანალიტიკოსის პოზიციაზე მუშაობის მინიმუმ 5 წლიანი გამოცდილება ან სისტემის ანალიტიკოსისი/ გადაწყვეტილებების არქიტექტორის 2 წლიანი გამოცდილება;
  • სასურველია დეველოპერად მუშაობის გამოცდილება
  • ბიზნეს პროცესების, მონაცემების მიმოცვლისა და სისტემის არქიტექტურის მოდელირების პრინციპების, ხელსაწყოების ცოდნა და გამოცდილება მაგ:(Visio, Drow.io, Miro,UML, ERD, BPMN, Flowchart)
  • მონაცემთა ბაზებთან და ვებ სერვისებთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება;
  • ეჯაილ გუნდში მუშაობის გამოცდილება და SDLC მუშაობის პრინციპების ცოდნა;
  • ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა B2 დონეზე;
  • ეფექტური წერითი და ვერბალური კომუნიკაციის უნარი;
  • ადმინისტრაციული და ანალიტიკური უნარები;
  • სიახლის, ინოვაციების მარტივად მიღების უნარი;
  • გუნდური და დამოუკიდებლად მუშაობის უნარი;
  • ორგანიზებული, შეზღუდულ ვადებში მუშაობის უნარი;
