  • Partner with Technical Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support organizations to resolve quality issues, improve product performance, and ensure reliable product supply and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead quality readiness and approval activities for NPI, product qualification, scale-up, technology transfer, and commercialization to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, regulatory obligations, and other applicable quality standards; oversee CAPA, nonconformance management, supplier quality, change control, audit programs, and quality performance metrics.
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while providing regular updates to executive leadership on quality performance, business risks, and strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
