The posting

We are seeking responsible, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Human Resources Assistants. The successful candidates will provide support to the HR team by assisting with routine administrative duties and recruitment processes while developing practical knowledge of human resource operations.

This position is ideal for students, fresh graduates or individuals who are interested in exploring human resources and recruitment. No previous working experience is necessary, as training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with recruitment processes, including preparing and publishing job advertisements.
  • Review incoming applications and help organise candidate details and information.
  • Coordinate and arrange interview appointments and schedules.
  • Liaise with applicants to communicate interview details, arrangements and updates.
  • Ensure employee and recruitment records are properly maintained and updated.
  • Assist with routine HR administrative duties and document preparation.
  • Support the onboarding process and arrangements for newly hired employees.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks and duties when required.

Requirements

  • No previous work experience is necessary. Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate an interest in human resources, recruitment or administrative work.
  • Possess basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Well-organised, dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to different responsibilities.
  • Able to perform tasks independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
