The posting

Pour une entreprise dans la région de Tournai, nous recherchons activement un.e comptable, assistant.e administratif.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Administration générale : gérer les courriers et les e-mails, préparer des documents, classer et archiver les dossiers et tenir à jour les tableaux de suivi.
  • Suivi comptable : réceptionner, vérifier et encoder les factures d’achat et de vente, préparer les paiements pour validation et suivre les échéances ainsi que les relances.
  • Collaboration avec le comptable : rassembler et transmettre les pièces justificatives et contribuer à la préparation des clôtures.
  • Gestion des assurances : tenir à jour les contrats, suivre les renouvellements et les échéances, préparer les déclarations de sinistre et assurer les échanges avec le courtier ou les assureurs.
  • Suivi des subsides : contribuer à la préparation des demandes, suivre les conditions d’octroi et les délais, rassembler les justificatifs et préparer les dossiers de reporting.

Votre profil :

  • Vous disposez d’une formation administrative ou comptable, ou d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous possédez des notions de comptabilité et êtes à l’aise avec l’encodage de factures.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et Word. La connaissance d’un logiciel comptable constitue un atout.
  • Vous êtes organisé.e et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers en respectant les délais.
